Tempered glass and is made to withstand high heat, but take care when handling because all glass can break.

While the lid and plug are dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended for the cup to preserve the cork band. Do not remove the cork band for everyday use. Do not microwave.

Melbourne cafe owners Abigail and Jamie Forsyth gained awareness of the volume of coffee shop waste as disposable cups and lids gained popularity in the late 1990s. Their concerns for the amount of non-recyclable materials motivated them to design and make their own reusable cup. They knew this would require a change in habit for their customers, so they set out to create a barista standard reusable cup with an innovative design that would appeal to discerning coffee lovers. With growth of the company, the siblings knew they could make an even greater impact worldwide and became a founding Australian B Corp member in 2014.
