A trio of Canadian entrepreneurs, Jean-Philippe Bergeron, Simon-Pier Ouellet, and Vicky Jodry, were on a mission to reduce plastic waste by offering eco-friendly personal care products that are both affordable and easy to use. With core sustainable products like bamboo toothbrushes, plastic-free dental floss, and reusable bamboo makeup remover pads, OLA Bamboo aims to reduce the amount of disposable items that are used in our everyday life.
A recent switch from Chinese to Canadian manufacturing for their deodorant and toothbrushes makes these earth-conscious products even more desirable to people like us, who are careful about choosing ethically produced home goods and supporting work opportunities in North America. Beyond that, OLA Bamboo works with Re-Source Intgération to employ 100+ people with disabilities.
They also prioritize carbon footprint reduction by planting trees (3000 and counting) in Quebec.
